Today was a training ride specific for the Flyer, went out with one other club member and rode out to Lake Rotoma. A fairly full on ride with an average speed on the out leg was in excess of 30km/h, unfortuantly the wind came up for the return leg and it was probably slightly less than 30km/h. My estimate would be for the round trip of 30-31km/h.
Unfortuantly I forgot to reset my computer once we started the ride proper as we got off to a bit of a false start so all speeds for the ride proper have to be guesstimates.
96.06km, 3hrs 20mins 50secs, Avg 28.7km/h, Max 77km/h

Avg 160bpm (beats per min), 6% in healthy zone, 14% in fitness zone, 79% in power zone, Kcal 3659
A tad too much time spent in the power zone but I suppose thats what happens when you cycle with someone who is streaks ahead in power and technique, while Andy was at about 75% Iwas working at somewhere around 95%.
