Recovery ride, it turns out that it is very hard to keep my heart rate in the right zone.

13.08km, 37mins 51secs, Avg 20.7km/h, Max 57km.h

Avg 132, 29% in Health zone, 67% in Fitness zone, 2% in Power zone
