I would have to say that this was the hardest physical task that I have ever undertaken. I was under prepared for the task. I am not the greatest runner and tend to avoid this aspect of training (to my detriment). I also made some muckups with race nutrition and hydration which hurt me.
However after all of the above I was 1 of only 73 individuals to take on the challenge, I had a great day and I will move on from here and us it as a learning exercise and I will be back to improve on my time next year!!!
